The right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the date on which you acquire physical possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. you can also complete and send electronically the model withdrawal form or other unequivocal statement. If you exercise this option, we will immediately provide you with a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send a message regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs - the exception is an incorrectly executed order resulting from (our error).

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
In the event of withdrawal from a partial contract , i.e. if you have withdrawn from the contract only with regard to the individual goods ordered, the delivery cost will not be reimbursed.

without undue delay, and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this
(The exception to the return of the goods is when we agree other conditions together and you do not have to send back the products)
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods were defective at the time of receipt, or were incorrectly packed due to our fault. In this case, please follow the instructions for returning the defective goods (see below).
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion or premature termination of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium, if the performance of the contract began with your prior express consent to commence the performance of the contract within the withdrawal period, and confirmation that this you lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
General information on returning goods
Damage and contamination of the goods should be avoided. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. Use appropriate packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage in transit. After processing your return request, we will provide you with the package number and the courier company handling the return

Information on returns of goods from countries outside the European Union
In the case of returns from countries outside the European Union, you additionally bear the costs of any fees, in particular customs duties. The above-mentioned costs will be deducted from the payment already made and the resulting difference will be reimbursed by the original method of payment.
If you are outside the EU, keep your original export declaration (s) in case you decide to return the product.
Return of defective goods
